Is Texas CDL RoadReady an official Texas DPS app?
No. RoadReady is an independent educational app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Texas DPS, FMCSA, or any government agency.
Does RoadReady replace official CDL training or testing?
No. It is a supplemental study resource, not an approved Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) provider. Always confirm current requirements with Texas DPS and FMCSA.
What is included for free?
Free access includes 10 unique practice questions across the app and one lesson.
What does Premium unlock?
Premium unlocks the full question bank, lessons, practice exams, advanced Exam Coach tools and detailed progress insights.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible new subscribers may see a three-day introductory trial when Apple offers it in the app. The actual offer and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account name, select Subscriptions, choose RoadReady and follow the cancellation options. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How can I restore a purchase?
Use the Restore Purchases option in the app while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. If it does not work, contact support.
Does Exam Coach guarantee I will pass?
No. Exam Coach guidance and readiness indicators are educational estimates and do not guarantee test results.
